All pieces of concession equipment purchased from our company will be shipped directly from the factory. Upon delivery, check the shipping carton for visible external damage and contact us immediately if there is such damage. Also contact us if anything is missing or defective. After initial satisfactory delivery, Gold Medal Products will handle any warranty issues or the sale of spare parts directly. It is important that you fill out and return the warranty card that is included with every new unit. This will activate your warranty ccoverage.
