Rio Syrups are perfect for shaved ice and snowcones straight from the syrup decanter, or to spice up your favorite cola or soft drink. Mix the syrups with water (5:1 ratio) to make delicious 'ade' fruit drinks.
Rio concentrates are packed in 4oz vials, quarts and gallons. The ratio for preparing finished syrup is 4oz for a gallon. One quart of concentrate will yield 8 gallons of ready-to-use syrup when mixed with water and five pounds of sugar per gallon made. You can make lesser amounts of syrups by cutting the recipe proportionally, such as 1oz concentrate plus 1.25 lbs. sugar to make a single quart, etc.
