The caloric and cholesterol numbers are amazingly low for the stunning flavor achieved (see the Nutrition Facts below). We think all of our sugar-free syrup customers will be amazed at the sinfully delicous and full-bodied flavor of Nearly Zero and will find the scant dietary numbers to be well worth the cost to the daily tabulation. My own children think Nearly Zero is nearly indistinguishable in taste to our traditional sugar-sweetened syrup. Mom has been allowing liberal snow cone consumption, something they appreciate even more!

Our Old-Fashioned Cane Sugar Syrup,
now made with SIX pounds of pure cane sugar per gallon, is perfect for making snowballs, Hawaiian Shaved Ice, Ice Cream Sundaes, and many other frozen confections.
Hardly anyone makes syrup with pure cane sugar anymore, but it is still the very best that can be made. Why did we increase the sugar ratio from 5 lbs. per gallon to 6 lbs. per gallon? Syrup flavors are clearer and sharper in pure sugar syrup and the bump up to 6 lbs. per gallon makes them brighter still. This is the zenith of syrup flavor and thickness!
This rich syrup will make luscious snow cones when used full strength over shaved ice. Arctic Breeze Cane Sugar Syrup can also be used to make awesome milkshakes, sundaes, floats ice cream sodas, freezies, honey-drippers and more. The Arctic Breeze Cane Sugar Syrup can also be mixed with cold water in a ratio of five parts water to one part syrup to make punch or 'Kool-Aide' style drinks for the kids.
